Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy for VIP Eyebrows:

Important: All clients will need to sign our Consent and Waiver form prior to any physical work being done.

  1. Appointment Bookings and Cancellations:
    a. All cosmetic tattooing appointments at VIP Eyebrows are subject to availability.
    b. To book an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied towards the total cost of the service.
    c. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full deposit refund.
    d. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.

  2. Customers with pre-existing Cosmetic Tattoos or Permanent Makeup:
    a. Customers with pre-existing cosmetic tattoos or permanent makeup (not performed by VIP Eyebrows) should not book directly on-site, and will need consultation before any booking or work can be done. If consultation results in an assessment where our tattooing services cannot be performed, the booking fee is non-refundable as per section 1 above, however we do offer tattoo removal if this is a suitable alternative which the booking fee can be credited against.

  3. Consultation and Consent:
    a. Before any cosmetic tattooing procedure, a thorough consultation will be conducted to discuss your desired results, expectations, and any potential risks.
    b. Clients will be required to sign a consent form, indicating their understanding and agreement with the procedure and its potential outcomes.

  4. Results and Aftercare:
    a. The final results of cosmetic tattooing may vary from person to person due to individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
    b. Proper aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure optimal healing and longevity of the cosmetic tattoo.

  5. Touch-Up Sessions:
    a. Some cosmetic tattooing services at VIP Eyebrows include one complimentary touch-up session within a specified timeframe.
    b. The touch-up session must be scheduled and completed within the specified timeframe to be eligible for the complimentary service.

  6. Refunds and Modifications:
    a. VIP Eyebrows aims to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment.
    b. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and any request for a refund must be made in writing and submitted within the specified timeframe.
    c. Refunds will not be provided for completed services, but we may offer a correction or touch-up session, subject to the technician's discretion.

  7. No-Shows:
    a. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not receive a refund on their booking fee which is paid at the time of booking.

  8. Age Restriction:
    a. Clients must be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic tattooing services at VIP Eyebrows.

  9. Liability:
    a. VIP Eyebrows and its staff will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from the cosmetic tattooing procedure.

  10. Studio Etiquette:
    a. We kindly request clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure a smooth and efficient service for all customers.

By booking an appointment or availing of our services at VIP Eyebrows, you acknowledge and agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
